Olea London offers a hassle free returns policy for exchange or a full refund (excluding postage of £2.50 which will be taken from the refund). A full refund will be given if the shoes are damaged in the post or faulty. If you want to replace the shoes for a different size, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost and P&P for the replacement shoes (£2.50 per pair). 

Simply send an email to info@olea.london with your order number and the reason for exchange or refund. We will then reply back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and help you every way we can. Please note you can not return shoes without RMA number. All orders returned without a RMA number will be charged an admin charge of £2 and deducted from your refund.

Please return unworn shoes enclosing receipt and return reference number within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be sent back in the condition that you received them: unworn, unused, complete and still in the original packaging. 

We advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we are unable to take responsibility of returned goods lost in transit. 

These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
